A Return and Refund Policy is a document that outlines the terms and conditions that apply to customers who wish to return or seek a refund for a product or service purchased from a company. This policy is usually provided to customers before the time of purchase to ensure that they are aware of the company’s policies regarding returns and refunds.

How many days customers have to return a product

Customers are given a 15 days satisfaction period to test the provided services, followed by another 30 days period to request changes in it. This means that customers have 45 days in total to decide whether or not they are satisfied with the availed services.

What customers can apply for a product refund

Customers can apply for a refund if they don’t like the services, if the service is not productive for them, if they think that they impulsively ordered the service, if they believe that the service is not what they desired, or for any other reason.

How customers can apply for a product refund

Customers can apply for a refund by emailing the company at info@xnysolutions.com. Or by simple giving us a call or message at the provided number.  Once the company receives the request of refund, our customer support team instantly respond to the customer and try to know the reason of refund request in order to make the services better. The company will also send a receipt of refund, which will take 5 to 10 business days to show in the customer’s account after the date of refund initiation.

How many days customers have to request a refund

Customers have 45 days to test the service.. For example, if the service was availed on March 1, and the customer want a refund on April 15, the company would still accept the refund.

What the refund policy is for services

If the customer has not provided written authorization for being charged for the same amount mentioned by the company’s customer support team, they are eligible for a full refund within 6 months, even if the services have been delivered to them. Customers will be notified before the charge is made, either by text message and/or by email. The company will not charge the customer before the services are delivered and they are happy with the services. Once the customer authorizes the company to charge the amount, the company will charge the customer. After the customer is charged for the services, the company offers a 45-day 100% refund policy if the services delivered were not good and didn’t work, if the problem was not fixed, if the customer didn’t like the services, or if the services were delayed.
